Shipping Policy

 

Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process and ship. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.  

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.  

  

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Mexico and Canada.  

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days. 

  

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification or a text message from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tommysmiley.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

  

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do? 

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office. 

 
 
 

Shipping Address Issues 

Tommy Smiley will not be held liable  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes. 

  

Delivery Failed 

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded. 

  

Free local delivery 

Is available for all orders Only in San Antonio Texas area, because is where We are located. 

Deliveries are made from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Monday-Thursday depending how busy we are, some times we take a little longer due we still are a small team and we have to assist different areas of the business. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
